Number Setup
The set-up fee is a one-time fee charged when the order is placed. 


Monthly Recurring Service Charge (MRC)
This is a monthly recurring service charge. Your first monthly subscription will be charged, together with the Number Setup, on the day you submit your order. Thereafter, the subscription will be added to your monthly invoice on the first working day of each month. 


Notes

1. All prices are per number and in American Dollars. 

2. With the (*) suffix countries you cannot purchase numbers from this type since special terms and conditions apply. Please contact your account manager.


Service Activation


Some numbers have to be activated before the service can be enabled by VoIP Office. Activating a number is done by providing an address that links to the number, and a proof of residency if required. The table below lists all countries and number types that need activation.


In each country, the National Regulatory Authorities (NRA) define the set of legal restrictions that apply for each available number type. The information shown in the table below is not equivalent to these legal restrictions, nor should it be seen as a VoIP Office interpretation of the legal restrictions.
