Go to Settings -> More Settings.
Tap on App Manager -> VoIP Office.
In Notification enable Allow Notification, Top preview, and Show on lock screen.
Step 2: Allow background power consumption
- Open Settings -> Battery.
- Then tap on High Background Power Consumption.
- In it enable the VoIP Office app to receive notifications.
